Are you truly happy with your work? Do you genuinely enjoy what you are doing? Have you discovered the right balance between your personal and professional life? Have you ever taken the time to evaluate how much of your life is dedicated to work? And most importantly, does your work bring you a sense of purpose and fulfillment?

Today, on International Day of Happiness and the day of the Equinox—a moment of balance and new beginnings—it’s the perfect opportunity for reflection. As the new astrological year begins, let’s take a step back and examine our journey.

Throughout my life, both personally and professionally, I have found myself at different stages of the mountain: sometimes at the bottom, sometimes in the process of climbing, and at times, enjoying the view from the top. Which position brought the greatest satisfaction? That’s a complex question. What I do know for sure is that without experiencing the bottom, I would never have found the motivation to climb, nor the opportunity to reach the top. Life is a journey of peaks and valleys, and each stage teaches us something valuable.

What about you? Have you ever found yourself at a low point, wondering if you would ever rise again? Have you celebrated the moments when you reached the summit? Did you take the time to appreciate the climb itself, recognizing that the journey is just as important as the destination?

One essential lesson I have learned is that excellence is not achieved through luck or occasional bursts of motivation. Discipline is the key. If we genuinely want to reach our goals, we must transform motivation into daily habits. Consistency, persistence, and resilience shape the path to success. It’s not about waiting for the right moment; it’s about creating the right mindset every day.

As we embrace this new cycle, let’s challenge ourselves to be more intentional about our happiness and fulfillment. Let’s build a life where our professional achievements and personal joy coexist harmoniously.

The journey to excellence begins with a single step. Are you ready to take yours?
